Somos estudiantes de la UEM. Elegimos los disfraces, los pedimos por ti y te los damos en el campus. Tú solo eliges y pagas.
1. Pide por WhatsApp
En la ficha de cada disfraz, elige tu talla, escribe tu nombre y tu altura (así comprobamos que la talla te va bien) y cómo quieres pagar. Pulsa «Enviar pedido por WhatsApp»: se abre el mensaje con todo ya escrito. Solo tienes que enviarlo.
Te contestamos con la confirmación y los datos de pago. El pedido queda reservado cuando recibimos el pago.
2. Paga
Hay que pagar antes del cierre de la ronda para que entre el pedido. El precio que ves es el precio final: la entrega en el campus está incluida.
3. Rondas y entregas
Hay tres rondas. Cada una cierra el domingo a las 23:59, encargamos los disfraces el lunes y los entregamos en el campus esa misma semana. Si pides en la primera ronda, tienes tu disfraz en la mano a los pocos días.
El 25 de octubre es el último cierre. Después no podemos garantizar que llegue a tiempo para Halloween.
4. Recógelo en el campus
Cada ronda tiene su propia entrega en el campus de la UEM, el jueves y viernes después del cierre (la última, el 28–29 de octubre, justo antes del finde de Halloween). Te escribimos por WhatsApp con el sitio y las horas.
Preguntas frecuentes
¿Y si no sé qué talla pedir?
Mira la guía de tallas de la ficha y mándanos tu altura. Si dudas entre dos, normalmente es mejor la grande. Te lo confirmamos antes de pedir.
¿Puedo pedir varios disfraces o para mis amigos?
Claro. Mándanos un mensaje por disfraz o uno con todo, con la talla de cada persona. Un pedido de grupo es lo más fácil para coordinar la entrega.
¿Las fotos son exactamente lo que recibo?
Son las fotos del fabricante. Los accesorios que no salen en la descripción (pelucas, maquillaje, armas…) normalmente no van incluidos. Si tienes dudas, pregúntanos.
¿Y si se agota?
Si se agota antes de que lo pidamos, te avisamos y te devolvemos el dinero entero o te proponemos otro.
We're UEM students. We pick the costumes, order them for you and hand them over on campus. You just choose and pay.
1. Order on WhatsApp
On any costume page, pick your size, enter your name and height (so we can double-check the size) and how you want to pay. Tap “Send order on WhatsApp”: the message opens fully written. Just send it.
We reply with the confirmation and the payment details. Your order is reserved once we receive the payment.
2. Pay
Payment is due before the round closes for your order to go in. The price you see is final: campus delivery is included.
3. Rounds and hand-overs
There are three rounds. Each closes on Sunday at 23:59, we order the costumes on Monday and hand them over on campus that same week. Order in the first round and you have your costume in hand within days.
October 25 is the final cutoff. After that we can't guarantee delivery before Halloween.
4. Collect it on campus
Each round has its own hand-over on the UEM campus, on the Thursday and Friday after it closes (the last one on October 28–29, right before Halloween weekend). We'll message you on WhatsApp with the place and times.
FAQ
What if I don't know my size?
Check the size chart on the product page and send us your height. If you're between two sizes, the bigger one is usually safer. We'll confirm before ordering.
Can I order several costumes, or for my friends?
Sure. Send one message per costume or one with everything, including each person's size. A group order makes delivery easiest.
Is the photo exactly what I'll get?
They're the manufacturer's photos. Accessories not mentioned in the description (wigs, make-up, props…) are usually not included. If in doubt, ask us.
What if it sells out?
If it sells out before we place the order, we'll let you know and either refund you in full or suggest an alternative.
